The room had a cozy couch and a lovely terrace with stunning views. the hotel is in a super location. - the staff, from the porter who helped with luggage to the rest of the team, were absolutely amazing. - the continental breakfast was excellent and outstanding.

Our room had a nice bed, balcony, lounge area, and a comfortable couch. the overall experience was first-class.

The location here is fantastic! You're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake Wakatipu, as well as a bunch of cool restaurants, shops, and downtown area. Plus, it's right smack in the middle of the city center 🏞️.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very responsive, and the concierge, Paivi, was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect tour for me. The hotel offers a free shuttle, which made getting around so convenient. The view from my room was absolutely fantastic, and I especially loved being able to bike along the lake path right from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel pampered during my stay.

There was an inconvenience with the shower door design, which required maneuvering around the toilet and getting soaked before being able to close it properly.
